Recognized in multiple Best Places to Work rankings, we continue to strengthen connections and celebrate the dedication that drives us forward, from teambuilding events like our annual chili cookoff to weekly happy hours hosted by new hires.

At HITT, we’re focused on the future. Through innovation, collaboration, and expansion, we’re proud to be driving progress and innovation. With our new headquarters set to break ground in early 2025, multiple office relocations and renovations, research and development (R&D) projects, educational events, and microlearnings, and embracing emerging technologies, we’re invested in improving in our physical infrastructure, the ongoing development of our teams nationwide, and pushing the construction industry forward.
